THE 2012 WELLNESS EXPO IS SOLD OUT
To put your name on the wait list in the event that we have a cancellation, please email

and be sure to specify whether you are interested in a Hands on Hall booth or an Exhibit Hall booth.
We will open up booth sales for the 2013 Sun Valley Wellness Festival on May 30th. To get a reminder notice about the Wellness Expo, probably in December or January, please request to be put on the reminder list by emailing
info@sunvalleywellness.org

Brief description of the Wellness Expo:
Number of vendors: 55
Number of festival attendees: 750-1000, well-educated, high incomes, ready to buy!

$450.00 for standard booths (total 32)

$475.00 for corner booths (total 2)

$600.00 for the F1 alcove (total 1)

Booths are 6 x 10 and come with pipe & drape, 6ft table, 2 chairs, waste basket, signage.
ADDITIONAL BOOTH OPTIONS
You will order these directly from Design West. They will email you information one month prior to the festival: Extra Table (6ft or 8ft), Power Strip, Local Phone Line, Electricity, Ethernet Use
PASSES
Passes are not required to enter the exhibit hall. If you would like to attend presentations during the festival you can purchase a day pass at an exhibitor discount.
I would like to purchase one or more day passes at the exhibitor discount of $80. (Regular rate is $95)

Because the HOH booth fee is much lower than the Exhibit Hall,
we cannot allow product sales in the HOH
. If you would like a space in the Exhibit Hall instead, use the application form at left.
